Why do they say you can’t con an honest man?

Were we exposed for wanting to believe  too much?  Why didn’t we listen to the voice that said yeah right no old dude can win that many races.

It’s not like we haven’t seen it before.  It wasn’t that long ago that Mark McGuire and Sammy Sosa started the baseball comeback fueled by new age steroids.  We then saw the sequel when Barry Bonds was caught doing the same thing but this time using even more futuristic steroids.  Alex Rodriguez too.

Bacl in the day Carl Lewis got a pass somehow but he tested positive also.  Ben Johnson did the deny deny deny thing and then was eventually outed because he kept getting caught on the juice.

The most embarrassing stories had to be what happened to Marian Jones.   She was an aspiring cover of all the magazines type track and field athlete and then BOOM caught using that sheeeyeet.  What made it so bad was her husband who was also an Olympic athlete that was the one who told on her.

Is this what happened to Lance?

He thought he pulled it off didn’t he?  He really thought that he was going to get away with participating in what they are calling the most elaborate drugging ring of all time?

He’s basically like the American version of Drago, the Russian character that Rocky was fighting in the movie Rocky IV.  All hyped up on roids and training like some kind of lab rat or something.

Remember Lance was set up exactly the same way.  Did you ever see the experiments that they conducted on him to demonstrate his supreme ability to breath?  The video of this if you can find it are extremely impressive until you find out that he was on dope the whole time - Lawrence Taylor.  Maybe it’s a Larry thing?

So what’s next?

What should Lance do now?

I know he hasn’t said too much.  Maybe that’s why he got divorced I wonder what Sheryl Crow knew.  Seems very similar to the Marion Jones situation doesn’t it?

Other than start going by Laurence.  I think the least Lance should do is apologize to everyone on earth who ever purchased, seen, or heard of those yellow “Live Strong” bracelets.  I also think he should have a financial penalty consistent with this big fraud he has pulled off.  He has committed fraud so he has to owe somebody somewhere some money.  However, I don’t think he alone pulled off this type of a scam there had to be others involved, talk to us Lance, do the right thing for a change.

Updated:  I had to tweet this article to Serena Williams.  I am a huge fan and I’m very proud of her and her sister.  WITH THAT SAID, I have to say with the amazing performances that she has pulled off and her mucho grande physique I hope that she isn’t using that sheeyeed.  lol

I didn’t tweet El Tigre because well, I hate to say it Tiger has fell off.  I already called it and I haven’t changed my mind.  There were rumors that Tiger was on that Sheeyeed but I don’t know what really happened.  All I can tell you is I predict he will not win another PGA major.
